27 active fleets

- Squibs have the largest keelboat championship turnout in the UK (97 in 2006)
- Squibs are sailed by people of all ages, with women well represented in the fleet
- Squibs race as a class in regattas all over the country, including Cowes Week
- A new Squib, including sails and trailer, is under £16,000 and club boats can be
picked up for under £3,000
